All I can do is get up to go to the bathroom and that is very tiring. I feel like I'm going to pass out. So I go straight back to bed. Where did this fatigue come from?

4:30pm - Feel Like Sh!t

I am really not feeling good. My head hurts and my body aches and the heaviness of moving around is very extreme. There is no way I can make it anywhere tonight. There is no way I could even try.

Morning rises
Coffee Time
No more headaches
In my mind

And I have been awake for a bit. The time is 6am. I feel much better than I have the last couple days. My skin had become so dry and itchy that I had to put on that lotion that I am allergic too. So the itching stopped, but the runny nose and dripping snot started to fall upon the ground. At about 2 in the morning I took a washcloth to my body and gave myself a sponge bath. Got rid of and wiped away all that smelly lotion that is Non-scented. Did god create soap and wash clothes? Then I thank God, cause now my nose has ceased to run and has become lethargic again.

Since my life is very inactive these days, my friend asked me if I could drive him to work this morning. So at 6:30 I am going to go get him and do just that. Since I was only able to sleep for a couple hours, I will probably go back to my blanky for a blittle bit then wake up for the latter part of the day. I have a general meeting tonight, which will just be listening to a couple of my friends tell their story about their addiction. That will be my big day. It's better than nothing...

My muscles do not ache, the headache is gone, all I am is tired....so that Is really good.

And now its 9am. I am so very very tired. A headache whispers in my thoughts. My fatigue calls me from a distance. I answer back with these tired eyes of mine, and I say. "I will see you my dreams" as i lay my heavy head upon my soft billowy pillow, I silently voice the words, "I will See you in my sleep"

The headache is back. and like I said I am tired, but more so I am very exhausted. I wish it was really easy to just fall asleep when I feel like this, but just because you are really exhausted and fatigued doesn't mean it's a cupcake or a walk in the park to get to sleep. But I will try. A couple tylenol and my arms around my pillow should be a start.
