Feeling Knotty

My neck is sore from probably laying on it incorrectly. I'm at the point where when I eat something I feel a little nauseous. But all together I am feeling good. Atleast better than I was, so if I feel like crap then that is a step up from feeling like shit. I will take a shower to clean off some off my ill feelings and then be going out to get spencer in eden prarie at his moms. Boy, are my muscles in knots. I bet if I move around a little bit then that will help. This is where a girlfriend would really help out, then she could give me a back rub.

It hurts.
From the left side to right.It hurts.
Have I any tylenol?I've already taken my limit.

My muscles and my joints.
They cry in pain when movement is needed.
And I itch. All over my body my skin needs a scratch.
And it hurts.
From the frontside of my head-to the inside of my brain.It hurts
