Sore Muscle Pain

I am Very tired. Actually, I would say I am more along the lines fatigued out of gourd. My muscles in my arms and legs are really sore from doing those bushes yesterday. what a toll that had on my body, and I feel it today.

A few tylenol first, then I am going to get myself something to eat. I need to keep a healthy balance and make sure I get enough nutrients.

Then slowly I will drift off to the silence of my dreamfilled sleep.
